The Beautiful Song of Our Bodies

 Each molecule, each cell of our body carries a frequency. In optimum health, our body sings
a song of vitality, balance and harmony. When we are ill, it’s an entirely different song. As our body becomes stressed, we feel and give off a discordant vibration. Sound used therapeutically, will entrain the out-of-tune parts back into their appropriate frequency. When this happens, we quickly begin to feel more ease, harmony and relaxation.

How I Use Sound For You!
Whether playing for groups or individuals, my first step is to open to Source. "How may I be of support for the Highest Good in this particular moment?" With this guidance, I may combine sound, through Crystal and Tibetan  bowls, gongs, drums, voice and indigenous instruments. I may also use sparkling crystals and evocative essential oils for their beautiful, fine frequencies. Through your intention for the session, I receive guidance from Source in using the most appropriate energy modalities to bring the frequencies and vibrations necessary to restoring and enhancing your body’s unique song of vitality, balance and harmony.

The Results?
The power of the instruments and their frequencies to fully relax us and unlock tightly held blocks in our bodies is undeniably beautiful and amazingly true!

And our busy mind? Relaxing into the deep, meditative states of Theta, induced by the frequencies and tones, will help to quiet and soothe the part of our brain called the amygdala, the part that contains our primal fears which can keep us in a chronic, stressed-out state.
