When we have such a powerful line-up of three eclipses, we experience huge life shifts, transformative processes, emotional upheaval and plenty of purging! In this New Moon, we are right in the middle of two lunars and an intensified eclipse sandwich! Breathe.... let go... and give it up to the Divine Presence within. (Children of the Sun)
Eclipses, I'm told, will carry forth into the coming years what we are most strongly focusing on during the eclipse windows. I think the window encompasses 3 days before and 3 days after the event but don't quote me! The main thing is set and visualize, as strongly as possible, what you want to see yourself doing as if it is now. ... how you want to see the world you are living in, as if it were now! And I will agree that it is easier said than done but we can and will do it! I will be holding that focus in every one of the events I participate in this month. May 19th, Sunday, is The Gathering: Goddesses Drumming Their Dreams for the New Earth. This begins at 3pm, cost $15 and we bring Goddess/Mother Earth chants to share and sing. we've found this gather to be very sweet and powerful as we honor the Divine Masculine/Divine Feminine thru drumming and lifting our voices in song.

Saturday, May 25th, we have our Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Gong Immersion here in Gardnerville, NV. It's a time of wonderful fellowship, gathering strength and confirmation through being with like-minded others, sharing the powerful gong journey, potluck and lots of laughter!

It's Spring and the energies are "a bit intense" as the transformation of humanity and Gaia continues! Coming to a Gong/Sound Event is a great way to help bring in balance and ground our physical bodies.

Starting with Sunday, April 14th, we have the The Gathering: Goddesses Drum & Chanting meeting at 3pm. this has evolved from a Native American-based drum circle to a drum circle honoring Mother Earth through drumming and singing. Women come together with their personally crafted drumsticks, drums, rattles and their desire to strengthen community, share their dreams and bring their favorite chants and songs from around the world honoring Gaia, Mother Earth and all of Nature. It has proven to be such a nurturing time together with lots of laughter as we raise our voices in praise to the Divine Feminine!

On April 19th, it's Yoga & Sound with Jenn & Journey at the monthly Friday Night Bliss at Yoga Sol. We choose a different focus for our class each month so check back to see what this month brings!

Sunday, April 21st in Carson City, is the 2nd Annual Festival of Earthly Delights from 10am-4pm. This fun event showcases 25 healing arts practitioners, craftspersons, jewelry, gems, crystals, aromatherapy, belly dancers, Sound....my Gong!......and delicious foods and beverages! It's to benefit the Esperanza Foundation dedicated to healing PTSO. as the foundation says, " You will be smilin' and smellin" good by the time you depart!"

Saturday, April 27th from 10am to 12 noon is a celebration of World Tai Chi Day held in the Minden Park. I will be playing for Tai Chi teacher extraordinaire, Ginny Cardenas, as she demonstrates her impeccable long form moves!

Saturday evening, April 27th is our monthly Full Moon Gong Immersion & Potluck starting at the new time of 6:30pm.

PS: In May, The Radiant Body class begins at YogaLoka in Reno. This will be a deep, thoughtful, magical yoga practice developed by Sally McGrew. She has asked me to co-facilitate with her, bringing sound through Gong, Tibetan and Crystal Bowls and chimes to further the embodying of this new practice. You can either sign-up for all 5 monthly classes, May through September, at a discounted price, or attend each class as you choose.

After the whirlwind of energetic activity in December, I decided to take it easy in January and re-group....come into more balance and harmony with life and my spirit and my body!
Life feels different these days. More gentle, I think, right now. I'm drinking green smoothies and looking to detox for 3 days with the Hungry for Change 3-Day Detox Plan. It seems sensible and good for the body. Nothing radical.

I'm painting, too. And loving it (: Expressions of the heart and soul!

wow! here we are in August and has anything happened......has anything not happened? maybe that doesn't exactly make sense but it actually makes sense to me. the last time i blogged was before the Om Wave Conference in Shasta. that was such an energetic time period that it took me awhile to assimilate the downloads, lessons learned, etc......like at least a month and a half.

i met so many wonderful people on their Path of evolvement ......a very supportive environment! it was a dream venue for me to play in because i found that most of the 220 people assembled had either not heard a gong before or had heard it played in a traditional way. when i play, i want to hear what this powerful instrument is capable of transmitting so i  open to channeling the Music of the Spheres.......i open to playing the songs of our soul........to playing the multitude of planetary stories and messages......everything that will support humanity's evolution.

i'm filled with excitement when i play because i don't know what sounds will come forth. i just play and give my trust to the Divine, to my soul to guide me in the highest, finest way possible and, for many in the group, it proved to be life-changing! it was awesome to see what they often didn't have words to express. it was all in the eyes, in the energy emanating from their bodies........an experiential purity is how i would define it. codes were activated for that special defining moment that makes one breathe, "ah-ha!"............ and more will certainly be revealed, for them and for me!
